I can’t believe it’s only been 4 weeks since we've opened the spring 2023 season! It has been a very busy time. Many visitors came to the farm in spite of the quite uncooperative weather. We successfully participated in Bell Works Market on Wednesday. Our flowers were sent to the teachers of New Dorp High School.
They beautified the Passover Seder tables at the Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing!
And right before Easter they were delivered to the nurses of Centrastate Hospital.
And now the flowers of the early daffodils are mostly cut. We are still keeping the field opened as there are some beds with late daffodils - as if to compensate for their late arrivals they are very aromatic. Hyacinths are very beautiful this year and they are still in bloom. So please hurry and book your visit to SOEL Farm!
